How Does the Google Sheet Orders Work?

After placing your order on our marketplace and checking out, you’ll receive editor access to a personalized Google Sheet within an hour. This sheet, viewable by anyone you share it with (like your clients), tracks your order’s progress without revealing our details or the sheet’s owner.
Your order updates automatically in real-time, step by step, in a familiar format that’s easy to export. If you opt for content approval, we’ll notify you via email when your content is ready. You’ll also receive a notification with a window to check your live links, just like in our dashboard marketplace.
What Is Your Signature Quality Label?
Unlike marketplaces boasting 60,000+ domains, we’ve pre-filtered out low-quality sites to save you time. Our internal team needed a way to quickly identify high-value domains without reviewing each one manually—so we created our Signature Quality Labels, accessible via a filter in our marketplace. Here’s how it works:
High Quality

- Non-spammy keyword profile, aligned with the site’s niche
- No conflicting categories (e.g., travel and business on the same site)
- Varied, niche-specific posts beyond basic informational guides
Mid Quality
- Solid traffic, mostly consistent or growing

- Mixed categories and primarily informational content
Low Quality
- Variable traffic (from thousands to hundreds of thousands)

What Is A Stripe Pre-Authorization?
When you select Stripe as your payment method, we verify that your account has sufficient funds and place a temporary hold on the transaction amount without charging you. Once we confirm your link placements with bloggers, we process the payment for the approved links. Any funds held for unapproved links are released back to your account immediately.
How Do You Avoid Failed Placement Credit?
We understand how frustrating it is to pay for unfulfilled orders and deal with delayed refunds or credits. That’s why we use a streamlined process. For Stripe (and soon PayPal), we place a pre-authorization hold at checkout. Once bloggers confirm your link placements, we charge only for the approved links and release any remaining funds instantly. If you pay by invoice, you’ll receive it only after we confirm placements, and content creation begins once payment is collected.
Bloggers have three days to respond. If they reply after this window, we’ll notify you, allowing you to reorder those links later. This ensures fast order delivery, keeping your operations running smoothly.
Will I Get An Invoice?
You’ll receive an invoice only after we’ve confirmed your link placements. Once all bloggers have approved or rejected your links, we’ll issue an invoice for the confirmed links and collect payment.
Do You Guarantee Links Won’t Go Down?
While most links stay live indefinitely, we know things can happen. That’s why we guarantee all links for 12 months, giving you peace of mind.
How Long Does it Take to Get my Links?
Bloggers have three days to confirm they’ll accept your link. Writers then take three days to create content, and, assuming you approve content and pay within a day, most links go live within 48 hours of approval. The entire process typically takes about eight days. Some bloggers may respond more slowly, but we’ll soon offer an option to extend their response time if you prefer.
